A seafood restaurant where you can feel the greenery and waterside of Hamarikyu Gardens while staying in the city center. The restaurant overlooks the Bay Area of Tokyo, and the open terrace seats are reminiscent of a resort area. The island-type bar area in front of the entrance is eye-catching. We will welcome guests with an original special drink. At the dessert counter, you can enjoy the live performance created by the pastry chef in front of the guests.
The Tokyo restaurant recommends Singapore-style afternoon tea. Please spend an graceful time with sweets that are carefully made by the pastry chef in each color and shape, and fragrant tea. “Cattleya” includes a selection of main and steam basket shrimp such as chicken rice and meat bone tea, so you can enjoy it as a lunch.

CHILI CRABA hallmark dish of Singapore that is also highly promoted by the Singapore national government. Using mud crabs that are flown from southeast Asia while still alive, they are prepared only after a customer places an order. The sauce is made by mixing tomatoes, chili peppers and beaten eggs along with a collection of Singapore spices. You can even enjoy this original flavor here in Japan. The delicious crab meat will of course add flavor to the sauce for bread sticks and mixed with fried rice. Fee free to eat mud crab till your heart’s content.
COCONUTS BUTTER PRAWN Uses Madagascar black tiger “Madagas Premium Rouge”. Compared to general black tiger, it contains more amino acids and is fresh enough to be eaten raw. It is crispy at high temperature with coconut filling and butter, and has a refreshing aroma with Asian herbs such as curry leaf and lime leaf.
STIR FRIED SEASON’S VEGETABLE We receive fresh Chinese vegetables from a farm that grows Asian vegetables and herbs in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Fry seasonal vegetables such as Chinese cabbage with a crunchy texture, slightly sweetness and bitterness, Cantonese Chinese cabbage rich in vitamin C and folic acid, and oil core.
ENTRANCE The island-shaped bar in front of the entrance gives off a strong presence. A blissful drink to enjoy a conversation with the bartender is the beginning of a wonderful time.
THE MAIN DINING ROOM
A large dining area where you can see the Hamarikyu Gardens in front of you and feel the breath of nature while staying in the city center. You can enjoy the view of the Bay Area from the window. When the weather is nice, you can see the Sky Tree Tower, and at dinner time you can enjoy the calm night view.
PRIVATE ROOMS We have 3 private rooms. Up to 16 seats are available. Please use it in various scenes such as dinner in business scenes and anniversaries. You can use it without hesitation even with small children.
